Mental health coaching is a way to improve your mental health by working with a life coach. It can help you to move from a place of feeling stuck, low mood, unable to regulate emotions and feelings unbalanced, to a place of peace and empowerment. Using one-to-one coaching sessions, I use a variety of psychological models and tools to help you improve your mood and manage your emotions in times of stress or difficult periods of life.

By teaching you tools that you can take with you and focusing on the results, I am able to help you cultivate a more positive mindset and mood that can be recreated throughout your life. Unlike counselling or therapy, this methodology promotes lasting change and provides not only a safe space to talk, but knowledge and wisdom to help your learn and grow.

Mental health encompasses emotional well-being, resilience, fulfilling relationships, and cognitive clarity. From managing stress to fostering strong connections, it’s about thriving in all aspects of life. The world is slowly beginning to recognise the importance of looking after and prioritising mental health.

Many people do not realise that mental health affects physical health. If you feel groggy, fatigued, stressed, bloated or run down on a regular basis, this could be due to poor mental health. Always consult your doctor, but if no other diagnosis is available, it could be part of the problem.

Exploring these issues with a coach may help to lead you to a more healthy and happy life. I healed myself and can provide you with all the tools you need to revitalise your mental health so you can flourish.

I specialise in anxiety and mental health, working intuitively to bring true transformation and guide you to become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. With experience in fitness, health and nutrition, a degree in Human Biology and qualifications in Psychology, I have all the tools you need to build your best self and get out of the place you are stuck in.
