Who is Coaching For? Life coaching is a way to guide a client to achieve their goals. A coach can utilise many types of therapy techniques to aid someone in finding their way. Every session is client lead, meaning they can choose the focus and goal for each session. As a transformation coach, I guide people to dive deeper to find the route cause of their problems and create positive, long-term change.
